Level 5 Monster Cards

Pupu	Must complete the Alien Encounter side quest. You have to Give Pupu 5 Elixirs. This is the only way to get this card.

Level 8 GF Cards

Fat Chocobo Complete the Card Queen quest. The man on the bench outside Balamb Garden's library has it. Card Queen on Disk 4 at the crash site. Left Diamond Duo in the Ragnarok, on Disk 4.	Angelo This card is won from Watts in 2 possible locations: 1- On the train, before battling the Fake President 2- On the White SeeD ship
Gilgamesh Must challenge all the CC Members, and defeat the CC King before Disk 4. The King carries this card.	Mini Mog The kid jogging around the front area in Balamb Garden has this card.
Chicobo Must complete the Chocobo forests, and go to the Sanctuary. The CC Diamonds have this card on Disk 4.	Quezacotl Mayor Dobe of FH has this card. He will play after your initial conversation.
Shiva You must get the "Girl Next Door" in the Timber Maniacs print shop. If you give it to Zone on the White SeeD Ship for free, the card is yours.	Ifrit Defeat Ifrit in the Fire Cavern, in the beginning of the game.
Siren Challenge the Pub owner in Dollet. Beat him, and he will invite you to his secret room. Here you can get the Siren Card from him.	Sacred Defeat the Brothers in the Tomb of the Unknown King.
Minotaur Given to you by the Unknown King, after defeating the Brothers.

Level 9 GF Cards

Carbuncle Must challenge CC Member Heart to get this card.	Diablos Activate the Magic Lamp, and defeat Diablos. You will get the card after the fight.
Leviathan Must challenge the CC Member Joker to get this card. He randomly appears in the Training Center.	Odin Find and defeat Odin in the Centra Ruins for this card.
Pandemona After Galbadia has left Balamb, you can get this card from the hotel owner. He is standing outside the hotel.	Cerberus You must defeat Cerberus in Galbadia Garden to win the card.
Alexander You must challenge Piet to get the card. He can be played in one of two places: 1- On the Lunar Base 2- at the crash site, before Disk 4.	Phoenix Must take part in the Card Queen quest. The presidential Aide in Esthar will have this card. You can also get it from the Diamond Duo on Disk 4.
Bahamut Must seek out Bahamut in the Deep Sea Research Facility, and beat him to get the card.	Doomtrain Must take part in the Card Queen quest. Dollet's Pub Owner will have this card.
Eden Find and defeat Ultima Weapon at the bottom of the Deep Sea Research Facility. Once you beat him, the card is yours.

Level 10 Character Cards

Ward On your first visit to Esthar, challenge Odine for this card.	Kiros Must take part in the Card Queen quest. The guy in black at the Deling City shopping area has this card. Challenge the Card Queen or Diamond Duo on Disk 4.
Laguna Ellone has this card. You can only challenge her on the Lunar Base. If you miss out, the Card Queen will have it on Disk 4.	Selphie Return to Trabia Garden, and challenge Selphie's friend by the gargoyle statue.
Quistis The "Trepies" group in Balamb Garden have this card. You can challenge either group for the card.	Irvine Must take part in the Card Queen quest. Mayor Dobe's wife in FH has the card. Challenge the Card Queen or the Diamond Duo on Disk 4.
Zell Must challenge Zell's mom, with Zell in your party, to get this card.	Rinoa Lose the Ifrit Card to Rinoa's father, and he will begin playing the card. Ifrit can then be gotten back from Martine in FH.
Edea Challenge Edea at the orphanage to get this card.	Seifer Challenge Cid at Garden, or at the orphanage to get the card. The sooner, the better.
Squall Laguna carries this card. (Gee I wonder why) You can get it from him in Esthar, or aboard the Ragnarok.
